Beginners - Completely new to pilates. Limited to 6 people per class.
Beginners Plus - At least 6 classes at Beginner level or some previous experience elsewhere. This class bridges the gap between Beginners and Intermediate. Limited to 6 people per class.
Intermediate - At least 1 year of regular Beginners-Beginners Plus classes. Exceptions can be made for dancers and athletes. Limited to 6 people per class.
Ante Natal - Suitable for women in their 2nd and 3rd trimester. Limited to 6 people per class.Post-Natal - Suitable for women 6 to 8 weeks after giving birth. Limited to 4 people perclass. Babies welcome!
